Recently, Tieqiang Company (hereinafter referred to as "Tieqiang") officially launched a new generation of reinforced diaphragm spring clutch pressure plate. Tailor-made for harsh working conditions such as mining and heavy-duty dump trucks, this product fills the technical gap of the company in the field of extreme heavy-duty transmission components with its upgraded structural design and strict quality control, further improving the product matrix of heavy-duty commercial vehicle parts.

It is reported that the newly launched reinforced clutch pressure plate is made of QT500 high-strength ductile iron, processed by precision heat treatment technology. Both the shell and diaphragm spring are reinforced, and the impact resistance and deformation resistance are increased by more than 30% compared with traditional products; at the same time, the heat dissipation structure is optimized to effectively reduce the temperature rise under heavy-duty conditions, extending the service life of the product by 25%. The applicable torque is up to 2800N·m, which can be widely used in heavy-duty tractors, mining vehicles and other models.

The person in charge of Tieqiang's R&D department said that during the R&D process of the new product, the team completed hundreds of bench tests and field road tests, strictly followed international automotive parts quality standards, and strictly controlled every link such as material selection, structural optimization and performance testing to ensure that the product can adapt to extremely complex working environments and provide customers with more reliable transmission solutions.

The launch of this new product not only demonstrates Tieqiang's technical strength in the R&D field of core components, but also further consolidates the company's competitiveness in the heavy-duty commercial vehicle parts market, laying a solid foundation for the company to expand the high-end heavy-duty market.
